About Keith
Attorney Keith C. Jacob is the sole owner of Lawinger & Jacob, LLC. Mr. Jacob has gained valuable experience in his now 13+ years of practicing law across Southern Illinois. He has tried countless cases to both Judges and juries securing successful outcomes in both. Additionally, he has a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes in many personal injury cases.
Mr. Jacob has previously been appointed and acted as conflict public defender for both Fayette and Clinton counties where he handled hundreds of felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile cases of all sorts.
Mr. Jacob was also recognized by “Lawyers of Distinction” as published in the New York Times. He has been voted locally as the “best attorney of Fayette County” from 2014-2020 and then again in 2022.

Madison Gray
About Madison
Madison Gray (formerly Mullady-Winter) is an Associate at Lawinger & Jacob, LLC. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a 2011 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law. She practiced law in Coles and Effingham County prior to joining Lawinger & Jacob, LLC.
She is an approved guardian ad litem in the Second, Fourth and Fifth Judicial Circuits. Her practice includes: criminal Law, family law, estate planning, probate and creditor’s rights (including collections and evictions).
She lives in Vandalia with her two sons.
